Philadelphia’s Charles Kelley looks to Shine in 23’

RHP Charles Kelley looks to make noise this year as he has ran his fastball into the mid to upper 90s at times. Kelley knows what success feels like as he was a Division 1 starter in the A-10 as a true Freshman while being the MVP of the Catholic League in Philadelphia. Kelley has got stuff that is bound to break wood bats as he will be an interesting follow into the summer. He’s got an arsenal of pitches including a sinker, change up and slider. A true competitor on the mound and is fun to watch pitch. Kelley is a special quick twitch athlete.
