25' Soroko comes out on top

'25 Sophomore OF/SS/RHP Cam Soroko (Saugus HS, MA) came out on top at the BDC Boston Showdown Saturday, December 17th when it came to Exit Velocity (93mph), Infield (84mph) & Outfield Velocity (89mph). He is a three sport athlete at Saugus High School in Massachusetts playing soccer in the fall, basketball in the Winter and of course baseball in the Spring. He was on Varsity soccer this past fall, currently varsity basketball as well... in a suburb just north outside of Boston. He was an instrumental part of Saugus HS Varsity baseball team as he hit well over .300 as a true freshman with the ability to be in the leadoff spot with his speed. Has been up to low 80s off the bump as a true freshman… with a nice CB.. Had a varsity basketball game the night before the BDC Boston Showdown at 10am. Has been up to 90mph in the outfield this past summer, 86mph in the infield and up to 95mph off the bat. Excellent prospect all around. True potential to be a legit 5 tool player.
